2 More Days!

I am counting down for some hoops! We open our season against Riverside this Friday and follow up with a game home against Triad! Th J.V. ( i am on) and our Varsity are looking their best and ready to get the season under way!

Game Week!

This the first official game week for Fairbanks Basketball! We pla the Riverside Pirates on Friday and are looking for revenge for the football loss we had so we are looking to regain our pride. We then host Triad on Saturday.

We Win AGAIN!

Bucks Win! Bucks Win! 25-21 Bucks win! Troy Smith led the game winning drive with about 4 minutes left at the end of the game! Talk about clutch! Troy Smith was deffinatley feeling it during the game but Josh Huston missing an extra point and missing a field goal(s) was not the same Josh HUUUUUston we know and love! There were some very scary moments in the game but I knew we had it in the bag!

GO BUCKS!

That's right! it's Ohio State vs. Michigan Friday! That means that Ohio State will beat Michigan tomorrow 28-7 Ohio State in the BIG HOUSE! If you ask me it is a giant fish bowl! GO BUCKS!

Still Waiting

Yes we are still in suspense of the first game on December 2nd against Riverside. We are looking to get even with them for knocking us out of the football state playoffs.

Looking to the First Game

December 2nd is the date of the very first basketball game against Riverside! I am excited for it and can not wait. We have started our first week of official practice and has been very successful! I am so pumped to play our first game!

And So it Begins

We are starting the official practice week for High School Basketball! SOOOOO.... Ill see how it plays out and let u know!

Working on some hoops

We are working on trying to put a frosh, JV, and Varsity team together now. Not much that is new.

New Sport = New Season

Thats right! Basketball is the new focus now. With our football team going down hard , it is up to our basketball team to pick up the winning ways once again! I am really excited to get another season underway!
